Ann Teresa Roughen Mullen, 85, died Monday, December 18, 2006 at Hospice Savannah. She was a 1940 graduate of St. Vincent’s Academy and was a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxillary #631. She was a lifelong member of the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and was very proud of her Irish Heritage. She was retired from the Savannah Urological Clinic.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, John J. Mullen, of Savannah, three daughters, Eileen Walker and her husband, Daryl, of Richmond Hill, Maureen Cliett and her husband, Joseph, of Savannah, Terese Muller, and her husband, Joseph, of Jacksonville, Florida, one son, Jack Mullen, and his wife, Kay, of Warner Robbins, Georgia. She is also survived by two sisters, Kathleen Frost, of Tybee Island, Patricia Anderson, of Savannah, one sister-in-law, Elizabeth Roughen, of Savannah, nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, December 21, 2006 with a Rosary service at 7:00 p.m., at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.

Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 22, 2006 at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist.

Remembrances may be sent to St. Vincent’s Academy or the Carmelite Monastery.

The family would like to thank the staff of Azalealand Nursing Home and Hospice House for the wonderful love and care that was given to Mrs. Mullen.
